Your best recipes for making in a food mixer please!

Having shelled out almost £300 on a KitchenAid mixer [blush - yes I KNOW!) I really need to know what to make in it.
Can I have your best recipes for a mixer? And don't worry, I'll accept ones made normally in inferior mixers too ?
I'll send a cake to the poster of the best one.....

I do know lots of things to do with it - I make a lot of bread and I know I can use it for cakes, whipping cream and so on. I just wondered if anyone had any really good recipes for it. I promise I didn't just buy it cos I liked the colour!
