Mince and pasta

I have half a pack of mince to use up.

im thinking some kind of cheesy pasta dish?

Any recipe recommendations?

I used to have a recipe that had onion, shit loads of garlic, macaroni, mince and a cheese sauce. I can’t find that recipe now but it should be easy to knock together right?

I do one with tinned tomatoes, onion, spinach, optional red wine, I think chicken stock paste, and then cheddar stirred through at the end.

Yes just wing it. Usually works out with pasta sauce however if you've already had pasta recently with mince why not make chilli or burritos?

Lasagne. If you don’t have the sheets just mix it all up with pasta and put grated cheese on top.

Dirty macaroni from pinch of nom - mince, peppers, tin of toms, Cajun seasoning then cheese and breadcrumbs on top with some parsley. Yum!

We’ve just discovered a batch lady recipe that has mince with taco seasoning, garlic and passata. Her recipe includes peppers and chopped tomatoes but I leave those out. Cook the mince and pasta separately, then mix it all together and bake it topped with grated mozzarella. My kids devour it!

My mum used to make something like you've described, she called it beeforoni but I think it was just leftover bolognese mixed with macaroni cheese 😂.

These are probably too similar to a bolognese but we really like them.
