Can you eat bean sprouts cold when they have been cooked?

My DH has made me a lunch but I'm not sure if I can eat the bean sprouts in it cold even though they've been cooked. I know they can't be re heated.

Yeah they're fine to eat cold as long as they're cooked through and have been stored properly, we chuck leftover beansprouts in coleslaw and salads and they're yummy.

They can also be reheated perfectly safely so not sure where you've got that from. You just shouldn't eat them raw.

The packaging says not to re heat. I'll enjoy my lunch though in the knowledge they're ok to eat.

They can be frozen after stir-frying in oil.

They are still crunchy when de-frosted.
