i had some last night - found a recipe for roast celeriac, roast aubergine, roast carrots, i roast chickpeas too
i added humous and had it with couscous,

anyone else buy this?

not humous, halloumi
but humous could have been good i guess

I think I'd like halloumi and hummus!

I am not good at roasting veg though. It's always disappointing.

What are the top tip roasting veg tips we should all know?

I make celeriac soup, I’ve seen recipes which put cubes of celeriac in casseroles. I’ve also had mandolined strips of celeriac cooked as dauphinois.

Roast veg in a very shallow dish. Or on a baking tray. Very hot at the top of the oven. They need to burn slightly.

I used to do celeriac mashed with carrots and potatoes.

top tips for roasting?

plenty of oil?

Celeriac dauphinois is a favourite in my home !

We also do celeriac dauphinois! Delicious.
