Low Carb Milk that tastes like milk

Looking for a low carb/low cal/low sugar that I can use to make latte’s & cappuccino. We have a coffee machine at work & im drinking far too many calories during the day.

I like milk, usually drink skimmed but trying to cut down on calories.

I think most people swear by the Oatley barista or Alpro barista ranges but they won't taste of milk and the oat ones have higher carbs & sugar than skimmed milk! The soya no sugar one has no carbs / sugars but it might not make a decent cappucino. If you like milk (I don't!) then i think you're better just drinking less milky drinks if you're worried about the calories.

Oat milk like Oatly Barista is the closest I’ve tried, but is still different (I find it more overtly creamy). I haven’t tried a soy milk like Bon Soy, but from other people it’s also good. Not sure on macros for either. Plant milks would probably need to be the barista version, as otherwise it won’t foam properly. Would it be better to have a drink you like once or a few times a week rather than have more drinks which are worse?
