How long can I story premade meals in the fridge

If I made meals for Monday through to Thursday and kept them in the fridge would they be ok? Like pasta bake, cottage pie etc. Or would it be better to freeze them?

I would store Mondays in the fridge and freeze the rest. I'd move the one I wanted from the freezer to the fridge the night before I wanted to use it.

I would be fine with storing them for that length of time so long as they are thoroughly reheated before eating.

Up to four days would be fine for me, but no longer.

I do next day after cooking fine, otherwise freeze

scrivette · 05/02/2023 13:52

I would do four days but not really any longer.

3 days absolute maximum in the fridge for me

delilabell · 05/02/2023 13:54

Brilliant thank you. So I'd cook, wrap in clingfilm and keep in the fridge?

And if I was freezing could I jist put straight into the freezer once cooked?

Make sure they are completely cold before you put in the freezer.
