roast a few garlic cloves in tinfoil in the oven
place cream in a small saucepan
add the roasted garlic when soft
add a few chilli flakes and a 1/2 teaspoon of toamto ketchup
bring cream to the boil and let bubble until reduced to 2/3
this is your sauce
cook pasta in boiling water
wrap salmon in foil and steam in a colander over the pasta
add some baby broad bean tothe pasta at the end
lift out salmon
drain pasta and beans and put back in the pan
heat the cream sauce and stir in.
dish up into bowls and top with the salmon flaked into bit size chuncks.
top with parmesan or crumbled feta
