Ecookshop and Harts of Stur, anyone used them?

I’m looking to buy some kitchen food prep electrical items, I just wanted to know if anyone had used them? How did you find them?

The prices are good.

I’ve used Harts of Stur before and they were fine. Didn’t have any problems at all.

I bought some stuff from Harts of Stur this summer as a wedding present.
One item arrived with a chip , Denby's crap packaging rather than HoS's fault and they sorted out a replacement quickly and efficiently so I can't fault them.

Used HoS at Christmas and no problems.

Used both and no complaints

I used HoS recently for a large order (Denby!) and I mucked up part of the order. I phoned them, got through straight away to a customer service advisor who sorted it out for me, and she also sent me an email to confirm. 10/10

I've used Harts of Stur once and had no issues.

Though you didn't ask about them I've also used ProCook a couple of times and been very happy with them.

Used HoS and was perfectly happy - it was for a coffee maker

Just had a microwave from Harts of Stur. We had an issue with it and it was replaced with no issues. They are also fairly local so wanted to give them our business!

I used Harts of Stur a couple of years ago, order arrived quickly, all fine.

Ditto recent good experience with HoS

Got my beloved Magimix from HoS and they were good, speedy delivery, no problems

Recently bought a KitchenAid mixer from HoS - Great item, great service, and I got a free set of scales as well!

I've used both. Both fine. Used ecookshop a few months ago for a coffee machine (so a big purchase) - no problems so far.

I’ve used Harts of Stur, they sorted out a mistake with the order before it was sent out which was great.

I used ecookshop to buy Global knives at Christmas. They’re prices were amazing so was dubious but it was all fine. Delivery was quick even with the strikes and the price was much cheaper than anywhere else.
Part of Dawsons department store. Never heard of them either but apparently we’ll known and legit in their local area.

I used House of Sture 2 times and they are very good.
The best deals, also you can buy in 3-12 months credit, no interest fee.
I really recommend them
