Trying to mix things up a bit.

Potatoes will be a recipe I saw yesterday by Nigella - burnt butter colcannon.
Meat - pork shoulder.

I have homemade sage and onion stuffing in the freezer aswell as braised red cabbage.

Veg will be carrots and sprouts (picking the last from three veg patch)

Homemade apple sauce too.

Ours will be very similar!
Shoulder of pork
Gravy made with cider and sage.
Carrots puréed with butter and cumin.
Roast and mashed potatoes.
Roast beetroot and parsnips
Steamed cabbage.

Doing duck confit as its cheap and easy and my kids adore it (we have in France a lot)

With:

Carrot puree (cooked with butter and star anise)
Potatoes dauphinoise
Leeks in a white sauce
Young broccoli.
Oven roasted baby tomatoes 🍅

I'm doing roast gammon honey and ginger gammon, gingerbread stuffing, swede and carrot mash, brocolli, roasted cauliflower and cheesy leeks. Not everyone will eat everything but everyone will eat at least 3 different bits, so that's fine by me.
