Pork and pineapple curry
1kg pork cut into cubes
flour
salt
cooking oil
large onion chopped
curry powder 1 tbsp
paprika 1 tbsp
chicken stock half a pint
2 dried red chillies
mango chutney/marmalade 1 tbsp
worcester sauce 1 tsp
tin pineapple cubes 1lb can
cover pork with flour and brown meat in heated oil, add onions and spices, fry 2 mins, add everything else bring to boil and cook for a few mins and transfer to slow cooker.
