Instant noodles

We are little addicted to instant noodles.
Our favourites are:
Nissin demae ramen chicken, sesame or spicy flavours.
Nong shin kimchi or spicy flavours.
Indomie mi goreng - so addictive!
Have also tried and enjoyed the Samyang extra spicy varieties.
Any recommendations for others to try?

I like the Soba noodles - chilli is my favourite and then teriyaki

These. Add a splodge of ketchup and some jar chilli while in the pan.

Curry or chicken koka!

I normally add a handful of frozen mixed veg or a bit of spinach just to make it slightly less of a junky meal. And I cook til the noodles are really really soft.

They have the nicest texture and I want them right now.

Koka chicken or a pack each of the chicken and the veg one, mixed together. Also Ko Lee chicken.

Where do you buy Samyang please?

It's Asian week at Lidl at the moment so I tried SOBA noodles in a pot at £1.25, chicken flavour.

Was weird, it came with a flavour packet that contained a sticky liquid that tasted just like and looked just like marmite.

I adore buldak, the classic black flavour. Super spicy and super delicious. I make them as per the package directions which give saucy noodles rather than noodles in broth, then grate parmesan over and mix in, tastes amazing!

Indomie or nothing!

I found a recipe for scallion oil noodles which is the closest I’ve come to homemade Indomie Mi Goreng. Real Indomie do often give me stomach pain 😭

I used to like Veg Koka but they’re so salty it feels like self harm 😬

Don’t like any of them, all I can taste is salt.

boring old egg noodles and sesame oil for me.

The Indomie ones, Mi Goreng normal or spicy. I’ve just looked and I have bought a box of 40 6 times, that’s appalling! The kids make them for supper a couple times a week though often with an egg and a few extras.

I like the normal Shin cup and the kimchi.

Any others have been rubbish, so I’m interested to see what people say.

We also make normal egg noodles a lot, but these are like having a bag of crisps!
