Beef Bourguinon made in slow cooker - can't find the recipe but the secret is to reduce the wine by fast boiling first, not after cooking. If I'm feeling really fancy I make it ahead of time, allow it to cool then Top with puff pastry and bake as a pie

Sausages and dauphinois potatoes. And whatever green vegetables are around. I don't make it very often because the dauphinois is such a faff.

Otherwise, for quick, seafood pasta.
