hello I have just made fish pie . first time i've ever used a frozen fish mix
The recipe i always use and have used this time the fish is put in raw and cooks in the oven.
I always make two as it's such a faff.
But now i don't know how to keep the spare one?
usually i would freeze it now but because the fish is now defrosted what do i do?
Can I freeze it after i've over baked it and then reheat it ?
