Made some roast potatoes on Christmas Eve that I crisped/heated up xmas day. Had a few left and froze them (forgot I'd done them in advance!) would you reheat and use? I wouldn't usually reheat things twice but wondered if it might be ok as it's been frozen....

Yes it’s only potato it’ll be fine!

Sure. What's the problem? You can buy frozen roast potatoes can't you?

catsnthat · 04/01/2023 16:44

Yes I know you can buy frozen roasties, it's just the fact that I cooked them once and chilled them, then reheated them, then froze them. Normally you should only reheat something once but I wasn't sure if I was being over cautious since it's only potatoes 😬

Suspect you will be fine but that’s different to saying they will taste good.

Be fine safety wise, for something like a potato it's quality that will deteriorate with reheating.

I would

I would too, and I am very cautious with food safety.
