Breakfast inspiration

What does everyone feed their DC for breakfast (both on school days and weekends)?

Mine have announced that they're tired of our usual selection and told me to get "more things" 😐 so I'm in need of inspiration

I'm happy to cook and bake although nothing fancy on school days

DD1 has bagel thins with peanut butter and sliced banana. Sometimes has crumpets if the shop doesn’t stock bagel thins.
DD2 has chocolate porridge with banana. Back in the summer when it was too hot for porridge, she had overnight oats made up with vanilla yogurt and topped with pears, berries or tinned peaches.
DS has a savoury tooth and likes boiled egg and marmite soldiers, scrambled egg on toast or baked beans on toast.

Breakfast burrito, folded mini tortilla with filling made from tomatoes, beans, spicing to their level and grated cheese, I make lots and freeze them, then reheat in the microwave.

I just made the banana pancakes from the Batch Lady cookbook. They freeze and you can pop them in the toaster straight from frozen on a morning. There's no sugar, they are sweet enough from the bananas, so are pretty healthy too. We all loved them.
