I don't wanna give anyone food poisoning!
I'm doing beef in the slo cooker tomorrow- but I sealed it tonight and added hot stock - then put it in fridge to put in slo cooker tomorrow morning.
It's only now I've wondered if that's safe to do ? It will be cooked for a good 6 -8 hours or more on low heat
Am I goi g to kill anyone who eats it ?
