Am cooking ham (gammon unsmoked) for New Year's Eve dinner this evening
Done it many times. I cook it in coke first and then glaze and stud and in the oven.
My question is this: can you cook it in the coke. Leave it and let it go cold and then roast it in the oven??
I've never done this with a break in between before.
