Hi,

Looking for an easy alternative to my kitchenaid when doing some quick mixing. Any recommendations for a decent hand mixer?

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I think I'm getting the dualit as had it before and was great. Doesnt look like there are any cheaper alternatives!

I have a Kenwood 2 beater one. It cost £20 - I think it is a much of a muchness. The one thing that I notice making a difference is the bowl I choose. The best ones I have is a set of steep sided silicon based metal ones from Aldi (£10).

Yes I have a Kenwood two beater hand mixer which my friend's mum gave me wheen I left home nearly 40 years ago!

Note: also great for smooth mashed potato 🥔 😋

Mine is a Philips and I have had it for years and use it a lot!

I had an age old Kenwood. It was brilliant until the plastic shattered. I bought an expensive Dualit - it just didn’t go fast enough. Supermarket cheapies are best. I wouldn’t pay for extras, just get a basic, less than £20.

My old one was a Kenwood and really good.
