Do you cook one meal for the two adults and the toddler @NatalieParis?

NatalieParis · 30/12/2022 14:50

Have a look at Taming Toddlers website.

Naan pizzas - great when you have people eating at different times, as you can make them altogether and then just pop in the oven as and when you need them.
I always find that I’ve got leftover passata and half a tin of sweetcorn, so I make these enchiladas using the passata in place of the tin of tomatoes. Any leftover mozzarella from the pizzas can go on the enchiladas too.
My toddler DS used to have these burgers as finger food and my DH and I ate them in buns. Great for making whenever you have a spare bit of time and keeping in the fridge or freezer until you need them.
These noodles and egg fried rice are so quick to make. Both on the table in less than 30 mins.
I love this oven baked risotto as you don’t have to stand over and stir it all the time.
I use this tuna pasta bake recipe when I have to serve only 3 of us. You might find that useful!
