Been given some brie- need a nice recipe please

My brother gave me some brie and I think he had been keeping it out of the fridge. I generally love brie but this seems too ripe for my tastes. There's quite a lot. Can you let me have some recipe ideas please?

I could heat it and stick crusty bread/ baguettes in but I think it would still be almost off the pong scale so hoping for a recipe that will dial back on the phoar! status.

Cook some pasta, a couple of minutes before it's cooked add in some small broccoli florets. Drain, retaining a little pasta water. Fry off a red onion. Chop your Brie as best you can and add to the pasta and veg. Season well. Pour half into an oven proof dish and then add little dollops of cranberry sauce. Add the remaining pasta on top then top the dish with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
It's really nice with bacon in as well.

freeze in cubes and add a little each time you make a cheesy sauce.
