What’s been your best Christmas cocktail?

Mine has been the ‘Rebecca Long-Baileys’. A measure of Baileys topped up in a tall glass with milk. It goes down very easily.

Also, Nigella’s poinsettia- cranberry juice, grand marnier and fizz. It is excellent.

Also, I would like to drink a Turkish Delight. Does anyone know if there is a way of doing this?

It's vodka, blue Curacao, prosecco and lemonade, with coconut to decorate 🙂

A measure of each ingredient per person.

Shakey Pete’s ginger beer here! They sell them in Hawksmoor and since trying them DP has researched recipes etc and been making them at home…

For one SPGB

50ml lemon juice
37.5 ml ginger cordial
One shot glass full of gin
1/2 desert spoon of Demerara

5 Ice Cubes

Blend

Pour

Add pale ale until glass is 80% full

You’re welcome….

So delicious! So dangerous!

Mine is a cherry bakewell fizz...

Amaretto
Cherry juice (most big supermarkets sell it)
Topped with Prosecco

Oh my goodness @Chelsea26 and @wheresmymojo. Both those sound great. Very different.

I like the ginger beer one. Very Famous Five. I could incorporate it into my Dorset camping trips.

I have a shameless sweet tooth, so anything with amaretto is right up my street (am also not far from Bakewell. I am surprised that I am not drinking these all the time).
