I'd do a spicy turkey pilaff and slice ham thinly to go beside the cheesae board, or make a pea and hame soup.

If you're doing buffet style then This is delicious if you had other stuff to go along with it. I put turkey in it because I'm not majorly fond of it and I slice the ham separately.
It is delicious with the ham.
If I was doing the turkey separately I'd probably do turkey, Brie and cranberry wraps and cut them and serve as small bites.
Veg / cheese and whatever else you have left.

@Ahnobother thanks for that recipe. We have a lot of red onions to use up and a short crust in the freezer that we can deploy. Just need to get some cream.

I made stroganoff last night- onion, garlic etc in oil, deglazed with wine, cooked down, paprika and mustard, spoon of flour cooked in, stock and cooked until thickened before adding turkey ,ham and some leftover stuffing and pigs. Sour cream at the end. Bloody lush! Should have had mushrooms but the kids won’t touch anything slightly mushroomey!
