I’ve just had the most delicious dessert. It was a Mr Prempy’s chocolate and hazelnut vegan cake. It was cheesecake like and incredibly smooth and silky. I’m quite well-versed in making vegan, raw sweet bars and cakes but I’ve never had anything as delicious as this. It tasted a lot like Nutella, and really rich. The list of ingredients are: Hazelnuts, maple syrup, cashews, water, raw cacao powder, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, buckwheat, dates, vanilla essence*. I suspect it’s something to do with soaking the cashews and then processing them, but was hoping someone might have a tried and tested recipe like this?
