Does anyone use a packet of paxo sage and onion and cook it in a loaf tin? If so, could you please advise how long it takes to cook and at what temp. Thank you!

Maybe half an hour at 180? Remember it’s already kind of “cooked” - there’s nothing raw in there. Just make sure you leave it a good 15 mins after you put the water in so that it rehydrates before you put it in the (greased!) tin. I usually put it in when the meat is resting. Or you could do it today and just warm it up.
