I like ginger when there's a lot of colds and sick about. There's a lot of colds within my circle right now. I made my usual salad for lunch - beetroot, carrot, spinach and feta cheese and this morning I grated a piece of ginger on top of my salad. It was delicious. I am definitely going to have it again.
I am not looking for other lunch recipes that I can try and add ginger to them. Just to change things about every day.
