CHEESE BISCUITS

Has anybody noticed, every supermarket I go in to look for cheese biscuits, Cheddars, own brands, seem to be out of stock or unavailable.
This has been going on for a couple of months.
I know there is a shortage of certain things, but other types of biscuits still seem to be in plentiful supply, why not CHEESE biscuits?😢

I got a huge Jacobs biscuits for cheese from Ocado & I also got melba toasts for pate.

Op doesn’t mean biscuits for cheese, they are after cheddars.

Have you tried places like home bargains, Iceland or pound shops? They aren’t the usual places to frequently buy these things so they quite often have things when supermarkets are out of stock. Amazon have some if you are really desperate but they are ££!

might not help if you want to just open a packet. But equal parts grated cheese, softened butter, and plain flour mixed together to make a simple dough, rolled out, and baked make for some absolutely divine cheese biscuits.

You're right, I do mean CHEDDARS, and supermarket own brand cheese biscuits, I'm convinced it's some sort of conspiracy to get us to buy expensive packs of other things for Christmas.
