Please can people share their recipes for pressure cooking a Christmas pud?
First off before anyone points out, I know it’s very late to be making one but our plans have changed and we won’t be away for Christmas now, so I’m making it and we’ll just have to have it less mature!
For years now I have made Christmas puddings in the slow cooker following instructions shared on here. Earlier this year I’ve upgraded from my old slow cooker to a Sage Fast Slow Pro. I was intending to slow cook my pud as usual but it has to have a timer set and the timer isn’t long enough. So I thought I could pressure cook instead but I’m not very confident pressure cooking without a recipe and hoping I can gather advice and wisdom from here.
