If you blanch and freeze your sprouts, do you let them defrost or cook from frozen?

Last year, the sprouts were tiny come Christmas week. I spotted some nice looking ones at the weekend so have blanched and frozen today. I found the instructions for that online but can't see the cooking instructions after that.
If you regularly freeze fresh sprouts, please would you let me know if you cook from frozen or defrost first please. Thanks

I defrost all my veg before i cook it with the exception of peas and sweetcorn. In essence i think it tastes better

Always cook from frozen or they will be soggy

So now I am none the wiser! Thanks for responding though!

Maybe I will need to do a test myself.

Defrost, fry lightly with butter and salt and pepper, then place directly in the bin.
