I was looking at the Diana Henry "From the Oven to the Table" but I am not sure, it's as a gift for my mum

Either The Hairy Bikers' One Pot Wonders or One by Jamie Oliver

Any of the Rukmini Iyer roasting tin cookbooks

One Pot, Pan, Planet by Anna Jones is great too.

Though I also have the Diana Henry one you're looking at and it's wonderful, I've not had a dud from it yet!

I haven't ever had a dud recipe from From the Oven to the Table. I really like it.

It has an entire chapter of recipes made of chicken thighs. For me that's a good thing but for others it might not be, depending on their feelings!

FYI it’s available on Amazon for £12 today. I’ve just ordered it as a post xmas gift for me .
