Any recommendations?

I was looking at the Diana Henry "From the Oven to the Table" but I am not sure, it's as a gift for my mum

Either The Hairy Bikers' One Pot Wonders or One by Jamie Oliver

One Pot, Pan, Planet by Anna Jones is great too.

Though I also have the Diana Henry one you're looking at and it's wonderful, I've not had a dud from it yet!

Came here to say these - they're all great!

@mrstea301 I've bought her latest (India Express) as a Christmas present and am sorely tempted to keep it - vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian Indian recipes, it's beautiful

Ooh I might have to put that in as a last minute Christmas request!!

I haven't ever had a dud recipe from From the Oven to the Table. I really like it.

It has an entire chapter of recipes made of chicken thighs. For me that's a good thing but for others it might not be, depending on their feelings!

FYI it’s available on Amazon for £12 today. I’ve just ordered it as a post xmas gift for me Smile.
