Cooking Youtube Recommendations

I get bored of repetition pretty easily and am always searching for new recipe inspiration. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for cookery YouTube channels? I will put the ones I already follow and really like below, so people can get an idea of what sort of thing I’m looking for.

Ethan Chlebowski - he’s American but cooks styles of food from all over the world. Probably my favourite as I think we share a very similar cooking ethos: reduce effort and time, make healthy, all while maximising the flavour and outcome.

Chetna Makan - mostly Indian food, Good for everyday and celebration recipes.

Marions Kitchen - mostly East-Asian food. If I want to cook East-Asian food Marion is normally my first port of call, consistently good results and helpful in advising substitutions for some speciality ingredients.

Alison Roman! I love everything I've made of hers.

Also if Instagram videos are allowed, Ruhama's Food is wonderful.

Hey I really like Marion's Kitchen too!

I also like...

MadeWithLau and RackOfLam (both good for Chinese food; Lam does other Asian cuisines sometimes too)
Felu (fitness focussed cooking, and as you would expect the man's biceps game is strong)
KitchenSanctuary (good for everyday stuff and indulgent cooking; she's got a good roasties recipe, for example)

Also Melissa Thompson (FowlMouthsFood on Insta), she's brilliant

I like RecipeTin, she also uploads to FB.

Not quite the same vein but Barry Lewis - fricking legend, that man

For pure entertainment I came across Food Wishes with Chef John. Not sure I would actually cook most of the recipes, but they make me laugh, especially when he says "enjoy" at the end.
He also seems to have a thing about cayenne pepper, but that adds to the amusement.
