My DM 82, a Geordie, has always made pease pudding for us at Christmas. It's the only time of the year we have it and stupidly I have never watched my mum make it. Sadly her memory isn't great now and when I mentioned to her about making her pease pudding a look of shear panic went across her face and I realised she can't remember how to 😢
So, I am going to attempt to make it and who knows it may spark her memory a bit and she can help me. So do any of you lovely MNetters, may be our Geordie MNetters, have a tried and tested recipe please.
