Dairy free Christmas dessert - help!

Had been planning to make a roulade with vegan cream on Christmas Eve but now we're out all day on the 24th so I haven't really got time.

Can anyone suggest where I could buy a dessert alternative to Xmas pudding that is Vegetarian and lactose free? Preferably fresh not frozen as the freezer is already full. I look like I have left it too late to order from most places but can get to Waitrose, M&S, Tesco & Sainsbury's.

Any thoughts? I'd be willing to make something on the 23rd as long as it will keep until Xmas day.

You could make a vegan sticky toffee pudding on 23rd and serve with soya cream or oatly custard.

That's a good thought for another occasion sticky toffee is a hit in this house.

Just make meringues instead of roulade and put vegan cream and fruit etc on them on the day.

Must admit This is my back up plan.

Yes, @bellac11 - meringues are just egg whites and sugar, so completely dairy free.

I was going to say Cook vegan winter pudding but it’s frozen!

Fortunately both my veggie and lactose free guests eat eggs, so for my purposes meringue is fine.

Is that the one that's like summer pudding? I had looked at that. Have you tried it, I wasn't sure about the cinnamon spice flavours so would be interested in recommendations.

Crumble? That's what my son has requested. He has custard with it but is their a dairy free alternative to custard? Or dairy free ice cream with it instead.
