fry some onions and garlic if you want in a little oil. when nice and soft, add some paprika or any spices you want. add about a tablespoon of tomato puree. let it cook for a while, then add a tin of tomatoes or a few chopped tomatoes. let it cook for quite a while until the sour taste of the toms is gone.

add tuna, mackerel or sardines or veg for variation or chicken or chopped spinach
add lots of basil for a pasta sauce

serve with rice potatoes sweet potatoes pasta(please xcuse me am typing with 1 hand feeding baby).

i do this every sunday and put them in yoghurt sized pots and freeze. i do tuna, sardine, spinach, plain etc

have you had ripe plantain? thats nice fried/boiled/grilled.

great job Nappy!

Is she fussy as she plays with her food or as in she won't eat it?

You need to let her play with food and provide finger foods. They all go through this stage where they seem to eat very little and play a lot.

i'd second that slim!

dd now 10 months and wants to play lots, eat little....unless it's a biscuit...or a box of tissues.....or my car keys..

just keep up the variety instead of sticking to the blander stuff that she is more likely to eat at the moment, or you'll never get her to eat the good stuff again!

(proof = dd1)
