Dessert

Looking for suggestions for an easy dessert to feed 20 people plus. I want to make it in advice then I would have to drive with it to a party, which is about three hours away, so needs to be able to travel! Any ideas?

Mince pies, serve with cream or brandy butter
Tiramisu, make it in large plastic lidded tubs for travelling
Tropical fruit salad, pineapple, kiwi fruit, mangoes etc, pack in large plastic tubs
Tray bake brownies, make a couple of different ones, serve with crème chantilly

Last year I had a situation like this and made two chocolate brownie tarts - this one for adults and this one for the kids!
