What is this veg? I’ve thrown out the Oddbox leaflet.

Pak choi - basically a chinese cabbage.
you can use it like normal cabbage or in stir fries etc

As pp have said, pak Choi

Good for stir fry, served with duck or salmon too

It'll go well in a coconut curry.

Or you can cut it in half, cut side down in a frying pan with a little oil / butter. After about 2-3 minutes chuck some water in, put a lid on the pan & steam finish. It's gorgeous.

I expected something really weird, not something I grow in the garden.
Versatile.

It's park Choi, but its texture is more like Chinese leaves lettuce-crunchy at the end with soft leaves. Less fibre and more water than a cabbage.
