Does anyone have a fool-proof recipe for boozy chocolate truffles? The sort of thing an 8 year old could make is about my level

Miss Hope & Mr. Greenwood - Sweets Made Simple has excellent, easy truffle recipes. Can recommend the gin and lime zest or swap out those 2 for whisky and ginger?

I made some by mistake, just melt chocolate, add a good slug of baileys & the mixture instantly thickens, roll in to balls & dust with either cocoa or icing sugar.
