Can I freeze this mushroom suet pudding?

And if not, how long do you would think it would keep? 23rd to Boxing Day? 24th to Boxing Day?

I can't see why you couldn't freeze it, but things don't normally seem the same if they've been frozen.
It would probably be ok on Boxing Day if you made it on the 23rd.
