Wondering where I can by the famous American coffee 'creamer'? I know I could get it off Amazon at great expense.... but wondering if anyone knows?

Is it like Coffee-Mate? In which case, why would you want to?

Tipsyturvychocolatemonster · 05/12/2022 17:56

Can you not just buy coffee mate, which us widely sold? Coffee creamer is not an unusual product .

Tipsyturvychocolatemonster · 05/12/2022 17:57

Oh and don’t buy it in Amazon, it’s a couple of quid in most supermarkets

Chemenger · 05/12/2022 17:59

Do you mean the liquid version rather than coffeemate powder?

rippleraspberry · 05/12/2022 17:59

Gross! 😂

Sorry I know this is very judgey but why would you want to when you can have fresh milk/ cream?

Nancienoo · 05/12/2022 18:02

i do like a coffee creamer I know exactly what you mean it’s just so expensive

monsteronahill · 05/12/2022 18:02

There's places that ship it in - American goodies is a good one! American fizz is another or American coffee club.

Love the peppermint mocha one, it's delicious 🤤

Not coffee mate- the liquid stuff that looks a bit like double cream. Can get it in all different flavours in the US

Think there's a liquid version rather than the powder. I assume that's what OP is looking for

greenhousegal · 05/12/2022 18:04

Coffee mate and similar are kept in my cupboard for emergencies (when I run out of milk and dying for a coffee. Works a treat and I'll never be without it for those empty fridge "uh oh" times. Sometimes fresh milk and cream are just not there!

monsteronahill · 05/12/2022 18:24

@whatsgoingon101 definitely recommend American goodies - it's where I get mine from! There's a Facebook page that tells you when stock has arrived if you want updates - the liquid ones are so good.

Super Singhs canadian things online

CannibalQueen · 05/12/2022 18:36

On my one trip to the USA I got completely addicted to vanilla liquid creamer.

caramac04 · 05/12/2022 18:38

Off topic but does it contain palm oil? Coffee mate does so I don’t buy that.

mindutopia · 08/12/2022 13:48

Why not make your own? It needs to be stored in the fridge anyway, so just buy some single cream, mix with milk (this is what 'half and half' is, which is essentially what the commercial creamers are trying to be), then you can add a coffee syrup to it for flavour (vanilla, hazelnut, coconut, chocolate, etc.). The monin syrups are good, but I'm sure there is a cheaper version. Make a jar of it, shake before use, then switch to a new flavour each time you use it up. Much cheaper and probably nicer without all the partially hydrogenated oils too.
