Christmas cake recipes

I’m sure I’ve asked this before but does anyone have any fairly last minute Christmas cake recipes (not kits). I’ve got some rum and cherry brandy from when I made the last one.

i always do this one - soak the fruit for a week or two before baking and then i dont bother feeding extra - doesnt need it. I dont buy all the seperate alcohol she uses - just use ones i most likely have in the cupboard like rum, brandy, port or sherry. I also just add up all the dried fruits and use a mixed fruit bag plus cherries. Its always good.
