Can you freeze biscuits?

I've just made my DD some gingerbread men from a sneaky veg recipe and wondered if they can be frozen?

If you can't, how long will they be good for?

I'm sure most people would know the answer to this but I'm not a baker

In a tin they will last a week or two.

I'm guessing you've cooked them all now.
I'd have frozen them before cooking, then when you want some, cook from frozen as per recipie plus a couple of minutes.

I'd keep this lot in a tin, but freeze uncooked future ones.
