Jamie Oliver - Beef Wellington recipe without the pastry

Hi I am just wondering if some could help us as a family out with a recipe for Christmas. On Saturday Kitchen Live a 'naked beef wellington' recipe by JO was mentioned, it was in the food heaven/hell section of the programme but didn't get made on the show. As most of our extended family are GF we thought this would make a great Christmas dinner. We think the recipe might be in 'The Naked Chef' or the 'Return of the Naked Chef'. I have searched online and trawled through charity shops to no avail. I don't really want to order both books online in the vague chance. Any help really appreciated. DM put me up to this

Could it have been this roasted fillet of beef rolled in herbs and porcini and wrapped in prosciutto I just found searching for beef from Eat you books. If is it's the Return one

And probably a bit cheeky, but if that's not the recipe above, you have a return window for kindle books so you could always order both books on Kindle and return them if you don't find it. The Kindle Cloud Reader online displays cookbooks well so you don't need a Kindle.

Eat Your Books (where I linked above) is a great resource for listing cookbook recipes too.Or maybe if you have library nearby, they might have Jamie Oliver's cookbooks there.
