I own this book and make her rich fruit Christmas cake from that book every year. It’s wonderful, it has all the usual fruits plus figs and dates and a nut and glacé cherry top and a marzipan middle layer. We have moved house and all my cookbooks are still in storage but I would like to make this cake. I’ve been looking online and there are rich fruitcake recipes of hers but not this one. Does anyone have the recipe please?
