not sure how long to cook leg of lamb for. IT WEIGHS 3.34 kg and I put it in about 1.20. Can anyone help?
It looks a hugfe piece of meat and not too sure what to do with it when it comes out. Want some of the meat to make a lovely lamb curry (I have a recipe for this) but feel I should eat some of the meat on its own and just use left overs for this? There's only 2 of us and a toddler so I think there should be enough.
All i did was sprinkle some olive oil on it before I put it in too. It's at 180 C - any help/advice?

well take it out and get some salt and pepper on it for a start.

Leave it in for another hour and a quarter.

Thanks suzywong.
Took it out and seasoned it. I knew deep down i had to but at the time toddler had just fallen over and was crying, her soup for lunch was bubbling away on the hob and 4month old baby was crying in the lounge. easier just to shove it in the oven and deal with timings etc later.

so now toddler is sleeping, baby safely playing and lamb seasoned and I stuffed in garlic cloves in little knifed crevices!

goodness knows how this will turn out or why I decided to make it on a weekday instead of weekend when husband could have looked after kids while I was in kitchen cooking up culinary delights!
