Hello, my recently widowed 82 year old Dad has just brought an Air Fryer for himself and has been experimenting. It is his birthday at the end of November and he has asked for a cookbook for his air fryer. There are lots on Amazon and in various other shops but my problem is that most of the cook books are aimed at an American audience and they are mostly full of recipes that I know he would never try. He eats quite plainly, meat, vegetables, potatoes for example, he doesn't like sea food or spices/garlic/ or much food that is not traditionally 'British'. I would really like to get him a book to encourage him as he is struggling at times but I don't want to waste my money on a useless book! Does anyone have any recommendations for a Air Fryer cookbook with more plain recipes in? How long to cook jacket potatoes? Home made chips, toasted cheese sandwiches? Roast chicken breast, bacon or sausage dishes, homemade beef burgers? Thank you
