What can I make with four tubs of double cream?

I just popped for a load of bread and came back with four 300ml tubs of double cream at 5p each!

I could sling them in the freezer but what would you make with them?

I use my stick blender to make butter. Much nicer than the shop one. You can use the whey for making soup/bread.

Add it to creamy soups like cauliflower
Make a toffee sauce for puddings
Potato dauphinoise
Glass of Irish coffee

Dijon chicken, basically chicken and veg with tarragon, dijon mustard and cream.
Pasta with ham, peas and cream. Plus black pepper and parmesan.
Cooked above but bought some for an onion, black pepper cabbage and bacon recipe I want to try.
Could also use a fair bit up in soups eg butternut squash soup.
Love cream in sauces but use it quite sparingly so still think at least half would be left over? Freeze, if that's a thing with cream?

How has no one come on already to suggest combining with dark chocolate to make ganache/truffles?!
