Sausages! Help!

I will be getting home from work at around 5.15pm and need to leave by 6pm for an activity that my child has just started.

Its sausages for dinner tonight and I won’t have time to cook them when I get home from work so I was planning on cooking them shortly before I leave.

My question is, would it be safe for me to cook them and leave them in the warming drawer for 6 hours? Or should I cook them, refrigerate and then microwave at dinner time?

My babysitter isn’t great with technology and she wouldn’t know where to start with turning the oven on!

Cook and refrigerate, or air fry at the last minute. Don't leave sat, unless you're sure your house is cold!

I have an air fryer but just don’t have the time to cook before leaving for class unless she rushes it and she will feel sick.

I will cook them right now and reheat quickly when I come home from work.
