Have the carbs it’s what your body needs.you will only crave the carbs more by not allowing them.

Fill up with vegetables (or salad) to start the meal, followed by lean protein.

I tend to panfry - just a small amount of EVOO and/or butter - chicken breasts or fish, especially salmon. I mostly use Asian/Chinese/Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern and Italian seasonings.

Plus small amounts of healthy carbs, such as lentils, quinoa and brown rice, if I'm still hungry.

Its all very simple, yet tasty.
