Chicken stew

What recipe can I use to make chicken stew in the slow cooker? I want it to be a chicken gravy type of stew if that makes sense!

Sweet potato ginger & garlic stew

2 sweet potatoes chopped into small chunks
400g chicken thigh
3 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli finely chopped
1tbsp ginger purée
2tbsp tomato purée
1 can coconut milk
1 chicken stock pot
200 mls water

If I'm going out on low all day or if I'm at home, on high for about 2 1/2 hours.

This one is good and pretty adaptable. I use what I have by way of veg . Have swapped out to use leeks and butternut squash before with good results.

Usually have with mash but this week thinking of making some dumplings.

Freezes well too
