Duck, roast Nigella style, do I increase cook time for 2?

About to cook 2 x 2kg ducks chinese style with pancakes
Nigella says 150 degree fan for 5.5 hours. Do I need to increase this as I have 2 birds?

Nervous as last time I cooked duck it was a massive faff and wasn't very nice

I wouldn't, personally. That's a very long cook time as it is! But why not roast for the set time and then check them? You could always put them back in for a bit longer?

No, if you doubled that time you would end up with greasy duck dust.

Yes hopefully all will be well. Just cannot face putting them in earlier than 7am!
