So I’ve not got much appetite since being pregnant but I’ve tried making sure I eat as much good stuff as I can! The problem is I just don’t feel like what I’m eating is sufficient enough for baby… like today I’ve had

breakfast - cereal, smoothie, Actimel
lunch - jacket potato beans and cheese
dinner - plain pasta, grated cheese and brocolli
snacks - two apples, crisps and another bowl of cereal.
I used to have ED so I struggle a lot on what to eat that’s good for baby.. can someone reassure me?

Sounds alright to me, but if you're worried why don't you discuss things with your midwife?

Try. And really really take your Ed kind of mindset out of it.you need to try and leave the shoulds and musts.
lots of woman can’t even hack a half decent “nutritional perfect” meals when pregnant. You got to listen to what your body and baby need. Which is really hard to be intuitive post ed I no that.
take the pressure off.try to be less prescribed.
there are a few things that you need plenty of whilst pregnant. But it’s more doing the best you can when you feel up to it.and allowing the weird wonderful and splurges too.
you sound like your trying really hard. Just don’t try too hard.things come up.you need to be able to be flexible and do what you can what you feel like on those days.

Looks a bit low on protein to me. Add some meat & fish.
